DESCRIPTION:
The
65.1251-61 1K Balco Temperature sensors incorporate
a wire wound RTD sensing element, which provides a predictable output over the
specified temperature
range of -40 to 240°
F. These sensors are a two-wire
configuration which have a high accuracy and
interchangeability
throughout a wide
temperature
range.
These
sensors are offered in different models to provide all common combinations of up
to the following features:
1.
Space
Temperature Sensor,
2.
Liquid
Crystal Display (LCD) of Space Temperature,
3.
Temperature
Set
Point Adjustment,
4.
Occupancy
Override Button (with resistor for correct type of Controller),
5.
and
Host Personal Computer Communication Port.
Set
Point Adjustment is a linear 1K Ohm slide potentiometer which can be either
Direct or Reverse Acting.
Indication
for the set point is 55 to 85°
F. Override
options include a N/O switch in
parallel
with the sensor or a separate 2 pole
terminal
block for Occupant override.
The
65.1253-56 and 60-61 have a LCD temperature display powered by either 24
VAC/VDC. The 65.1255-56 models have
a RJ-11 6 pin communication jack and
terminal block for use with the CPI ManagePak™ EW for Windows host
software. The sensor’s Communications Port enables one to connect the PC with
software to the direct connect port of an EM Solutions™ Series Large, Small or
Terminal Unit controller. This feature is ideal for laptop PC connection to a controller for
field monitoring, calibrating and executing Application Engineering (AE)
modifications and performing Controller Memory AE
